AEW stars Matt and Nick Jackson, The Young Bucks, have reflected on the career of their longtime friend, the new AEW World Champion “Hangman” Adam Page. In a new interview, they also shared their emotional reaction to the match between Kenny Omega and Kazuchika Okada at the All In: Texas pay-per-view.

Speaking with Justin Barrasso, The Young Bucks discussed being present for both of Page’s AEW World Championship victories. “It’s not lost on me how cool it has been to be part of so many of his big moments,” Matt Jackson said. “Being involved in the main event also gave me the privilege to prop myself up on a guardrail and watch the finish. I covered my smiling mouth with my hand. So proud.”
The Bucks, who have been aligned with or feuding against Page for nearly a decade, said they knew he was destined for stardom from the moment he joined their “Being The Elite” YouTube show in 2016. “Hangman was young, handsome, and unexposed,” said Matt Jackson. “And he had the right attitude… he had all the tools, instincts, and talent. He’s become bigger than I ever expected.”

The Young Bucks were also a major part of the All In: Texas pay-per-view, where they lost their on-screen Executive Vice President roles in a tag team match. They are now set to compete in the semifinals of the AEW World Tag Team Title Eliminator Tournament against the team of “Brodido” (Brody King & Bandido).
